Coordination

We also have expertise in overseeing the implementation of designs through coordination. Our understanding and experience in construction management allows us to direct the implementation of designs in accordance with the planning documents, through the following:

  1. Pre-construction : We conduct planning reviews with other technical parties such as structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, quantity surveyors, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that they are aligned with the design. If there is a need for review due to adjustments related to cost, time, and quality of construction, we will provide recommendations. If the project owner operates a tender system, we will accompany them to provide explanations and input on the evaluation of bidders and their bids.

  2. Construction : We provide coordination during the construction process until completion, according to the needs of the appointed Project Manager/Construction Management. We actively coordinate through official inquiries from executors, conduct site reviews, and provide reports on the results of these reviews, including any required design solutions.
