Coordination
We also have the expertise to oversee the implementation of design through coordination. Our understanding & experience regarding construction management will direct the implementation of design in accordance with the planning documents, through :
1. Pre-construction : planning review with other technical parties such as structures, mechanical electrical plumbing, quantity surveyors, contractors, subcontractors & vendors to ensure they are in line with the design. Including if there is a need for a review again for some adjustments related to cost, time and quality of construction. If the project owner runs a tender system, we will accompany him to provide an explanation and provide input on the evaluation of the bidders and their bids.
2. Construction : coordination during the construction process until it is completed according to the needs of the appointed Project Manager / Construction Management. We will actively coordinate through official inquiries from executors, conduct site reviews and make reports on the results of these reviews including the required design solutions.
