1. Pre-construction : Coordination and review with other technical professionals—including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors—to ensure alignment with the design intent.

2. Construction : Ongoing coordination throughout the construction phase, up to completion, in accordance with the requirements set by the assigned Project Manager (PM) or Construction Management (CM) team.
